+1 for OSE Advanced - the OSE Advanced rules are just as easy to jump right in (compared to ose basic)... and the "Advanced Extras"are ready to go if you want to use them. I started with OSE Advanced a few months back with NO experience of any 1st/2nd dnd edition with no problems.
