Can't believe I hit the jackpot in the @traceythorn.bsky.social and @ben-watt.bsky.social ticket scramble tonight. Can't wait to hit the moth club in a couple of months 💕

Asylum seekers, housed in hotels in Manchester, are reaching out in their own words to address the concerns of the local community.

Please take a minute to read their letter, & share it with the people in your life who need to hear the truth about the people they are protesting.

The BBC are accidentally running the subtitles to Mrs Marple over the Mercury Prize, and it’s rather wonderful. A few of lines could plausibly have been written by Jarvis.

Kicking off #LFF today with Wake Up Dead Man and Twinless. Really enjoyed both, Wake Up Dead Man especially worth catching with a crowd on the big screen.

This was a hell of a moment at @sigurros.com at the Royal Albert Hall tonight. The band, the orchestra, the choir, the organ... goosebumps

Seem to have picked up freshers flu from dropping my nephew at uni at the weekend, but without any of the fun of freshers which doesn't seem like a particular fair deal 🤧

Seeing Alien on the big screen in a packed cinema was a great way to spend a Tuesday night. Everyone knows they're coming, but the jump scares still get you. Not so sure about getting home after they've turned the street lights off 😬

Never get tired of watching Blade Runner and seeing it for the first time on the big screen, on the biggest screen in the UK, was epic.

It's been lovely having a change of scenery and working away for a couple of days. I just really wish I'd broken my run of booking Airbnbs next to building sites 🙉

Staying in a beautiful converted church, but all the windows are stained so having to guesstimate the weather based on the light shining in and whether it would like the cars are driving past on wet roads.
