For some communities it’s the same story but with FOOD. Which means boycotting means they will not have access to food…
As an example, where I live the only plus size retailer near me is torrid… which sells terrible clothes. So if I need something to wear that I don’t have and I need it fast I can’t go shopping for it in person my only choice is Amazon or gamble another online store will ship it to me in time.

Something else to keep in mind here in the US. Amazon has made itself so integral to people’s every day life. There are rural communities with access to no stores because Amazon out compete them. We’re losing small businesses left and right. They have inserted themselves into every type of business.
