...a good replacement for Facebook. It's an EXCELLENT replacement for Xitter - it works pretty much exactly the same, only without the fascists and right-wing-nut-jobs! But Xitter was never a good "social media" the way FB is.

I would love to leave FB, but I have too many friends and family...

I'm glad to hear this! I've been dismayed at all the celebrity impersonators. I've reported a number of them but they seem to still be active. I hope this gets reigned in soon.

He was SO right! I've tried more times than I can count to have rational conversations with MAGAts. It's just not possible. The more irrefutable, undeniable facts you show them, the deeper they dig in. Truth no longer exists in their world. I gave up long ago.

As much as I am loving Bluesky, celebrity impersonation accounts are a problem. I found multiple fake accounts for Jon Cryer when I was searching for him, and I reported all the fake ones and they are still active. 😥 I hope they deal with this issue soon.
