I read the manga, watched the 90's subbed anime, and the new Crystal movie version-and all 3 times I just had to say "okay sure". I got it, but did I really get it? (no)

I just had to accept that I was mostly there for the cool transformations and the characters that I loved at some point. haha

No matter how hard I try, the last season still confuses me! I do love it though!

I love Sailor Moon! I hope you get to collect the new figure!

I haven't tried it yet. I did redownload the game, and I plan to try it without the new dlc in the next few days. (ps5)

If it doesn't shit it self too bad for me, I might consider getting the 20 dollar upgrade pack. Sounds like I might should wait for a patch though?

not to mention you'd have to phone in to customer service and you'd probably die of old age before you got to talk to anyone who could actually end your subscription.

Oh yeah, the straight choice is usually the guy who looks best (cause they actually put in effort) and has a far more interesting and plot-important tie-in.

Still, I do hope someday games will have varied options that are equal in quantity and quality. So here's hoping before I croak, I'll see that in reality. So far, the only time I was truly satisfied with a M/M romance it was in fact a bi/pansexual character (or in a gay-only type game).

If there are actual gay male characters (not just 1 bisexual guy) they usually have almost no relevance, because the lion share of the content will be dedicated to the straight male romance option. Not that any male romance will be as good as the chosen female that the devs have anointed.

The major issue I have with the sexualities being a gaming mechanic in the sense of limiting options is just that-the limits always benefit straight men and a few extra bones for f/f players sometimes because of reasons I won't get into here but it's almost never actually for women.

His point is that that isn't real representation.

While I'll gladly admit that some games have been terrible at making it clear their bisexual or pansexual characters are in fact not "playersexual" (hate that term!). There are some games that have done it masterfully!

Understandable. The old games are not really great for new comers at this point anyway! Super hard with the AI reading your inputs and such. The newer ones are a lot easier to play without having to resort to cheese strategies and/or pulling one's own hair out. 🤪

On the bright side I'm getting surprisingly not bad at Mortal Kombat 3 (arcade). I mean I am mostly only using the characters that have stuns (like cyrax, smoke, and sindel) but stilllll! It's cool that I'm not terrible at an arcade version.
