Harvard has set an example for other higher-ed institutions - rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom, while taking steps to make sure students can benefit from an environment of intellectual inquiry, rigorous debate and mutual respect. Let’s hope others follow suit.

There’s a reason I crushed on this man from as far back in my childhood as I can remember…. and still do.

I was asked in a recent meeting what my favorite “leadership quote/philosophy” was and this popped out of my face. I really hate those types of questions but I explained this isn’t a leadership approach, it’s a life approach. We all need to be Loraxes. (Changing my profile pic now 🥰)
