Sometimes tough to justify opening #DomPerignon just for myself. So instead I chose this youthful 2009 #Moet Grand Vintage extra brut. Spent a lengthy 7 years on its lees. Disgorged Jan 2017. Much less expensive than big brother Dom Perignon.
