I don't number my pens, but yes, I have an XL sheet to track them, and the inks too!
I even has a small piece of code that helps me use all of them inked, with a weekly planning.

On a daily basis, Rhodia 80gsm is fine, 90 is a bit better. Leuchtturm is very good also, Midori is nice too. I've been disappointed by the new Tomoe River Sanzen compared to the "old" one (feathering, bleeding issues).

Kind of a paper nerd here:
my best overall is "Clairefontaine: my essential", either in A5 or B5: ivory very smooth paper, inks are looking good, especially shading inks. Does not open flat. Never had an issue with any ink or fountain pen.

Hi Brendan,
I own one of these, here's a sample of what it does. The pen is fine, fun to write with, the nib give a fun flair to your writing, in a less conventional way than an architect nib.
