I just got mine fixed 15 years after the first failed attempt.. the surgeon used some cartilage from inside my ear and didn't cut my ear away from my head like the first attempt. Going well this time a couple months in and I can go swimming again. 6 months till next check in.

@PayPal @Gumtree oh, wow, thank you everyone for your support. Just to clarify, it wasn't my account that was hacked, but rather the seller's (I'm assuming). I was basically pointing out that age of seller account isn't a guarantee of authenticity.

@PayPal The seller was a 10 year old account on @Gumtree with good feedback. I now assume the account was hacked. Gumtree does not provide any buyer protection either.
