The paper shredder that all of those complaints would directly feed into got jammed, and the Kremlin has sent anyone able to repair it to the trenches, so they just removed the feature instead.

Which Russia, as a permanent member of the UN security council, will always veto. This is the most hollow promise imaginable.

1928 poster by the Nazi party. The tape on his mouth says "Speech ban" and the caption below says "Only one of 2 billion humans on earth is not allowed to speak in Germany".

Here we are again folks...

Whatever this clown is smoking to say with a straight face that Zelenskyy "insulted the president" at the oval office, I could really use some of that right now.

Hold on, that's the same guy who broke into my house and started having intercourse with my couch

There are many countries that are on the verge of falling into a similar government though. We are actually in big, big trouble and need to work overtime to make up for lost time.

At least there's no ambiguity about just how alone us Europeans are in this confrontation with Russia. Too bad they've had a 15-year head start. Like coming home from a long vacation to find your house ransacked.

I have made peace with the fact that Europe is alone in its confrontation with Russia, but I'm looking forward to the day that these decrepid sociopaths kick the bucket and their graves become the most popular gender-neutral bathrooms in the world.

This is the first time I've felt sick to my stomach watching a state visit like this. Europe is in big trouble, and that meeting just cleared the air and made it unambiguous: Us Europeans are alone in this confrontation, and Russia has had a big head start in weakening our position.

This is primarily what I meant by "cut social spending" - which the Bürgergeld reform is so watered down that there isn't much to cut since the BVG decision saying it needs to cover Existenzminimum
February 24, 2025 at 5:07 PM
The CDU/CSU under Merz is mich more conservative than Merkel. He wants to cut social spending, he doesn't want reforms of the "debt brake" which is why the last coalition also failed, and he wants to close borders and refuse entry to asylum seekers. Those are big concessions he's asking of the SPD
February 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM
All I can say is: for all of Trump and Musk's obsession with gender-neutral bathrooms, their graves will be some of the most popular ones world wide. There's nothing to fix, these guys need to crash and burn, and hopefully who comes after won't have nothing but sawdust in their skulls.

There is no effing way he's not trolling us all. He can't truly be this dense. I refuse to believe even he's that idiotic.
