I hope the next president is a Democrat who will find a way to charge these criminals and send them to prison where they belong. Maybe charge Trump as well for abuse of power.

Assuming the value of the real estate doesn't decline, most people will just pay off their loan when they sell their house. But with a 50 year loan, buying a house / condo becomes more like renting so they're not building equity.

I bet MTG is getting calls from constituents who are worried about food & rent prices, healthcare cost, etc. Now she's reading the tea leaves and realizes Trump will be her downfall as an elected representative.

The breaks given to convicted human trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell is just part of the ongoing corruption in the Trump Administration. Like his pardoning of the Jan 6th insurrectionists. Like his pardoning of his co-conspirators to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Etc, etc.

It's because of upbringing. My father-in-law didn't ever learn how to prepare anything other than coffee, and I'm over 70.

I'm sure Jeffrey Epstein made videos of the sex encounters in his houses for his own interests. We need to see those as well as the written files. It's irrelevant now whether Trump was or wasn't a Democrat at the time he likely committed statutory rape.

Yes some people never learn. I remember there were anti-mask anti-covid vax people who remained that way on their death beds despite concrete evidence that masks and vaccinations were effective.

For comparison, what was Biden's approval rating after 10 months in office? As I recall, Biden was underwater from the beginning of his term. Voters are fickle and switch approval from one party to the other.

I don't think the Putin regime can last for 3 more years simply because the Russian oligarchs and Russian mafia will not support Putin for that long because they are losing money.

Trump inherited a great economy from President Biden in which 401ks were the highest ever. Trump has cruised on that economy, but we'll see what happens when all the tariffs kick in and inflation rises.
