I always try to find gratitude during the tough days. I've been thinking about a partner who hurt me a lot in the past lately, but it's unfair to myself to dwell on their actions. I must remind myself that I am capable of loving, and being loved, even on days where I feel the opposite!

Recently, there's been a saying that has been resonating a lot with me. Sometimes I think it's easy to feel unloveable, especially when things go wrong. The saying goes-
"I know that love is real because I exist and I am full of it!"
