Opinions are my own and do not represent the views of my company.
The absurd premise of the request claims that the interview responses are then reviewed by a recruitment team. If that is the case, then there is literally zero time savings or efficiency over just doing the interview with a real person.

Except it was recently leaked that Microsoft has a 2% paying license rate. Companies will often manage resources based on projections, but their projections for years have been completely based on hype and the AI arms race, so management of existing resources will be 'artificially' strained.

The problem with Gen A.I., and LLMs in particular, is reliability. A tool that can produce text - business reports, code, legal documents, patient summaries - 100x faster than a human is a boost *only* if a human doesn't need to check and correct it.

It has one use case: text that doesn't matter.

A company's product that is not attempting to mitigate harm, but actively encouraging it should see the entire thing shut down and all executives in jail for gross negligence at the very least. As a society we've gone after other companies for far less.

Pretty sure you can set up a Google Alert that will send you an email of mentions in online sources. But then you won't get the amusement of being mistaken for Special Ed by a tech shitbot.

Well apparently I now know where my former employer got their idea for a "Super-AI Assistant for Work". The delusions of non-technical people and the magic of genAI are absurd.
