I gave up on doing things like that physically, but before that I kept returning to planners with one page per day. This also helped me focusing at the tasks at hand rather than feeling stressed about the next days…

You can plug the controller in via an USB cable.
Also when done correctly it should only move the camera. Doing it while in an emote, also works and doesn‘t make movement sounds.
