No, I at the very least personally, refuse to believe it's too late for him. I think he'll need help, therapy, and lots of support, call it my fatal flaw, but I can't give up the hope I have that musk hasn't irreparably ruined what should be one of the most important things in the world to him.

To me that feels like both the best option and the worst. Your right that its probably the best in getting him legally punished, but musk won't get arrested by another country without serious ramifications if it happens while trump is still in power. I can see a war being started about it honestly.

It's horrible to think about. No matter how much I hate musk, none of his kids deserve the fundamental damage musk has done to their privacy, mental states, and the dmg that will come when retribution catches up to musk. Families are rarely safe when it comes to revolts and revolution.

Unfortunately it'll probably be impossible for him to get away from it, even with a name change. He's been tossed into the middle of political drama as a tool and his name and image are out there.

That's cause that's all the kid is to him probably as terrible as that is. He'd probably do it with all of them if he thought he could control them all. And he's got no interest in things he can't be in charge of

I'm not sure of all of his kids ages, but my best guess is that X (that shouldn't be allowed as a name) is the easiest to manipulate into being a lovable child shield for him.

I'm of the belief that just because your someones biological child, that doesn't mean you have to be like them. Look at Musks daughter, Vivian, she denounces his actions and has gone her own path.

There's no reasonable way to expect her to take custody of him, not with the entire gov basically in musks back pocket, even if she is able to properly take care of the kid. As for why he's the only kid we see, you really think Musk is capable of handling multiple kids at the same time? I don't.

It's horrifying. I'm worried for that kids mental stability growing up, not to mention with the anger musk and trump are creating, it's not entirely impossible that kid might end up watching his father die, or get killed in the crossfire.
