Homemade bagels!
800 grams high gluten flour 100%
Salt 1.8%
Yeast 1%
Sugar 2%
Olive oil 5%
Water 50%
Boil water with 1/8th cup molasses and 1 rounded teaspoon baking soda.
Boil 1 minute each side.
Bake 7 minutes at 450°
Turn pan 180° bake another 7 minutes.
Enjoy!

Yesterday, Tuesday morning I got the electric lift for the Aussie sewing cabinet.
It was supposed to fit all the mounting holes that the hydraulic lift uses, nope.
Went to start installing and mounting holes on the lift platform are different.
Will I ever get it built?
