Couldn’t agree more. Would people really rather have Tories or Reform running the country. There have been things I don’t agree with but overall I’m satisfied with progress and expect to see more in next few years.

That’s quite a shocking judgment in my opinion and could open floodgates.

It’s a dilemma because people who access affordable housing, can’t afford the staggering service charges. It would make more sense for the developer to be forced to give the money to a housing association so they can build housing instead. We need houses, not flats.
