Like many other orgs in Oregon and nationally, we’ve had our funding cut significantly in the last few months, losing about 15% of our annual operating budget.

In March, the Alano Club of Portland, where I work, lost our Executive Director, Brent Canode, when he died suddenly and unexpectedly. I’ve recently been appointed to his role and it’s so important to me to carry on the programs Brent and I built together.
