Deleted and re-upped because I put the wrong picture! That was yesterday. From canvassing. When people said it looked like Abigail had it in the bag, we volunteers put our heads down and said we’re working until the very last minute. 💙💙💙

Today’s Visitor was the DNC vice chair and she went out in canvas for us! It is almost 3 o’clock and I’ve walked about 9 miles. Scott and I ran into each other as our turf was adjacent! 3 rounds so far. Back to the office to launch others!

So today @kenmartin.bsky.social DNC chair visited the Norfolk @teamspanberger.bsky.social office! Not only that, he went out knocking doors! He does that across the country. Another incredibly busy day here – ready for tomorrow! And my fellow volunteer leads brought their dogs – also quite exciting.

What a day at the Norfolk Spanberger office! Sen. Kelly visited us from Arizona! He said why these elections are important, and we must fight for this country. I asked how Senate Rs really feel about a lot of what was going on. He said many dislike much of it, but afraid of retribution from Trump.

The best folks I’ve volunteered with for months. We got over 100 canvassers out before the rally - and I even got my family out there. The volunteers, we ran it, as our lovely field organizer had to be at the rally hours before.

Massive turnout this morning at the canvassing I helped that run and then got to the Abigail Spanberger rally with President Obama! We were incredibly close because of our special passes. Sol got to shake his hand!

89 yo mom driving us - thrift store after Ace hardware. My mom actually was an antique collector as a hobby, but quite well known in all the places she lived for years. People called her to come and give them assessments. She bought/sold for decades. Found amazing things at places like Goodwill!

More Florida! Fun time but I’m a little salty that the older beat me by a lot and mini golf. I had a terrible mini golf day and she had a great one. We are a competitive mini golf family. 😂
