Poilievre seems to think that Canadian cities are crime ridden. There is crime in some areas but it’s due to social problems and drugs. My neighbourhood, which is just north of downtown, is peaceful. He sounds more and more like Trump. Yuck.

Took a break and did an overnight trip to Wasagaming campground in Riding Mountain NP with my family. So nice to enjoy nature.

Nopiming Provincial Park; near our family cottage on Beresford Lake. This was Sept 2025. The park is currently closed because of wildfires. The cottage is still standing.

I take my cat outside on a harness and a leash and I stay outside with her. She usually bugs me to take her. No bird killing.
