Does anyone notice California residents get a say in redistricting. Texas and Missouri didn't.

My household pays taxes, we left Missouri to give our taxes to a state that won't deny my human rights. I did get help from my state with the cost of solar on my house. My Governor may be tubby but he isn't a cockold like Kehoe
