It was so great to participate in the Critical Tax Conference at @law.wisc.edu on Fri. & Sat. Thanks to hosts Emily Cauble, Gaga Gondwe & @susannahtahk.bsky.social for the hybrid format! It was terrific to see tax friends & get feedback on "Decoding Deductions," which Sarah Lawsky & I co-presented.

The new (5th!) edition of “Understanding Corporate Taxation” is out! Emily Cauble (@law.wisc.edu) & I now have our author copies, so it’s official! 📚 It was terrific working with her & our publisher, @cap-press.com.

I really enjoyed the #hybrid Global Tax Symposium 2025, hosted by the University of Münster! In the last session, chaired by Ana Paula Dourado, Siddhesh Rao presented a co-authored paper on the attorney-client #privilege in #tax & Marco Greggi & I were discussants. Here's a screenshot of our panel!
