He does feel pain yeah !!
He still has skin and nerves above / partially mixed with the machinery. As time goes on he starts “feeling” the machinery more in the sense that as it degrades it starts causing him chronic pains and such (tho he doesn’t realize immediately that’s what’s happening)

I’m gonna be so real I don’t know anything about dogs so I had to ask a friend and he said Nate and Melina would be Irish Setters and Jay a Thai Bangkaew Dog and all I can do blindly trust him because I just. Would not know djxhhgskxhkh

Like while I don’t have my notes anymore, for my oc Altan, I know I wrote down “angel face” and “sad Eastern European eyes” and somehow that’s how I got his design sjxhvjskxh

When it comes to ocs design I just kinda. Always draw whatever I want until something sticks djxhjksbdb it can help to collect a few images you think fit the vibes you want and then experiment with that ! Or write down a few words that inspire you

Tbh it’s kinda hard to pin point a moment where I came up with his design ? It changed A LOT throughout the years, might still do ! This was my first drawing of her lol

Honestly it probably is Nate,,, I love drawing him and I’ve put a lot of myself in him tbh,,, I’m also very proud of all the metaphor I’ve been developing with him being a cyborg
