SCOTUS protects Trump from prosecution for acts committed during his Presidency. It is that Trump Loyalist dominated Supreme Court’s creation of American royalty and the continued undoing of democracy. The first deadly SCOTUS blow was the earlier Citizen’s United ruling.

You’d need a Congress that would impeach and we don’t have that.

This seems a plausible explanation for How this Could happen. But it would be good to get a collaborting whistleblower’s statement and/or some solid documentation to back the claims.
