Added some freehand quilting to help keep the batting further in place, and into the wash it goes to get flattened a bit and remove my drawn kitty faces.

This probably would have been easier with actual batting; I wouldn't have had to essentially needle felt Polyfill into something reasonably even and then figure out my walking foot to quilt it so it would mostly stay, but...

Printing cat steps tonight. I can't decide if this whole setup is going to bounce between walls in the corner by my bed and window, or around Gaia's bigger cat wheel and the blank wall here.

These were all taken just with my Pixel 7 in Night Sight so forgive any lack of clarity. Still, look at those pillars in the second photo! Visible with the naked eye, just clearer in the phone camera.

Today's printing project: cat hammock. First time printing with PHA, and while it's not quite the colour to match my walls, it's pretty enough and supposedly a bit more durable and temperature-tolerant.
I'm going to use wooden dowels to hold the hammock, I'm just debating what fabric to use!

Restrung and knotted, and with the EVA foam grip pads added. I'd put it up properly (instead of hanging one end on a doorknob) but haven't decided entirely where I want it all, so it's gonna have to wait on more things being made.

Took my antihistamine before my covid/flu wombo-combo so hopefully the nasty reaction is blunted a bit. If not, I have plenty of food prepped and I have VERY DETERMINED nurses (not pictured, Gaia out of frame, purring hard enough to shake the couch).
