Little has been demonstrably worse than the other leverage options, or even Lauer (or Fluharty, though he's probably down), for some time now.

Because hitting a pitch in a Major League Baseball game is infinitely harder than actively choosing to put Brian Little in against a guy who hit 60 home runs. One is a very clear self own.
