In a world that seems increasingly scary and uncertain, in a time when humanity seems to be losing morals at an alarming rate, in a world where a child's life means less to some people than the money they make, I am fortunate and blessed to have a full fridge. A full heart. A messy

Condiments that make our favourite "easy" meal all that much better. Food from my birthday gathering, which allowed me to spend time and celebrate

fresh fruits and vegetables, and leftovers. So many of our favourites are within reach -- Daiya cheese, oat and soy and pea protein milks, Beyond burgers, JUST Egg, apples, pears, berries, cucumbers, bell peppers.

Also perched on the shelves is last night's dinner that my husband had 3 servings of,

with family.
