It was a pleasure supporting educators we've worked with this year, such as McDowell County teachers who are taking on mentorship in their Advanced Teaching Roles and Beginning Teacher Coordinators from New Hanover County who we worked with to create onboarding curriculum for new residency teachers.

Last week, @nmangum.bsky.social and @dhudgins.bsky.social got the opportunity to facilitate several workshops at the Idaho Education Technology Association in Boise, Idaho. They presented workshops to rooms filled with eager-to-learn IETA attendees. Rock on, educators!

Our team member Nancy facilitated last week's Southeastern Education Alliance Instructional Coaches Cohort session. This session featured instructional coaches from districts across Southeastern North Carolina.

We visit many spaces each year to design this event; this year, we explored Kiln co-working space, Salt Lake Community College at Herriman Campus, Crumbl Cookies, Ari Bikes, and the Leonardo.

Last week, our team visited Salt Lake City to scout for spaces for our Leading Schools Summit in the Summer of 2025. We will engage leaders in a design thinking and creativity process by engaging with stories about developing powerful organizational cultures in private and public sector businesses.
