To ensure that New Jersey’s children are free from lead poisoning and that our environment is lead-safe by advocating for changes to state and local policy.
A4848/S3616 passed NJ legislature 12/18. This law will require healthcare professionals to assess pregnant people for lead exposure. Now, Governor Murphy must sign the bill before his term ends. Thank you to Lead-Free NJ member Isles for championing this bill.
