@axios.com why doesn’t a reporter ask Trump when was the last time he went to the grocery store?

@axios.com Did anyone find out whether the ballroom contained asbestos?

@axios.com I think the song that Democrats should play over and over at the upcoming mid-terms and general election is the Who's Won't Get Fooled Again.

@axios.com As for affordability, the only people that Trump has made life more affordable are millionaires and billionaires.

@axios.com I think Democrats should start making oink sounds at Trump’s next state of the union address. Oink! Oink!

@axios.com Trump giving permission to Republicans to vote to release the Epstein files is a ploy. He is only going to allow Bondi to release those records that do not reflect badly on him claiming that the remainder contain privileged information. This WILL NOT be a 100% disclosure.

@lukerussert.bsky.social I saw you on TV yesterday and noticed you had a comb over to conceal the fact that you are going bald. It also appeared that you colored your hair and beard coal black. Please stop. People will respect you more if you just present yourself as who you really are. Best wishes.

@axios.com I wonder what would happen if people were to get their garden hoses and sprayed water on the ICE officers? Or sprayed them with blue dye? Or spray them with bear spray? Or with a fire extinguisher?

@axios.com Question: how is Trump's new 90K square foot golden ballroom supposed to help Americans in any way?
October 24, 2025 at 1:32 AM
@axios.com Alexander Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Papers that our democracy is a test to see whether we can govern ourselves by reason and conviction rather than force or violence. He said the only way we can keep our republic is if citizens are ruled by reason rather than passion. I'm doubtful.

@axios.com "Terrible things are happening outside. At any time of night and day, poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes." "Families are torn apart; men, women, and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared." Anne Frank, 1943

@axios.com I'm proud of those who marched in the No Kings rallies. Those are the brave and patriotic people who will save our beautiful country from Trump. Watching them march gave me hope. They inspired me. Those marchers don't hate America. They hate what Trump is doing to America. FUCK TRUMP!

@marcpieterse.bsky.social I'm reminded of a line in the beautiful song by David Crosby and Graham Nash - A Critical Mass/Wind on the Water/To the Last Whale. It goes, "It's not that we don't know. It's just that we don't want to care." This line has haunted me for years. Listen to the song.

Label someone an enemy and you surely will have an enemy. Label them a friend and you surely will have a friend. The decision is ours to make. Think before you label.

@axios.com Our silence will not protect us in the face of Trump's evil. Speak out! Act up! Resist! Vote!

@axios.com I wish a reporter would ask Trump if he knew what "Antifa" stood for? I bet he would not know. Again, I raise the point - "Antifa" is just a shortening of the term "anti-fascist." And, by definition, if you're against Antifa and what it stands for then you are pro-fascist.
