By 2022 I was hyped for Splatoon 3 and drew what became one of my most popular posts. I remember having to screenshot the splatoon 3 switch oled trailer to get references from. splatoon is a fantastic franchise and I wouldn't be as creative as I am without it.

In 2021 I got my android tablet and began drawing on that instead of my laptop. It really helped to establish my style. At this point I was losing interest in Splatoon 2 after putting in 300 hours.

During COVID I kept at it with the digital art. Taking part in zine projects and just having fun.

For the whole month I made Splatoon drawings for Christmas. It really helped me get used to drawing the characters. You can still find the original posts on my old twitter.

My first digital drawing was of splatoon. Back then I had a tiny wacom tablet and a crappy laptop. In late 2019 I decided to draw what I called the 25 days of Squidmas.
