Not to be "tech guy who doesn't know a thing spouts off simple solutions" but why couldn't a bank create a credit style account that uses interac as payment? Is that what lines of credit are?

I know this is a tangent, but random events being the story is at the core of much of my favourite art. Imagine if your wife didn't randomly roll to steal the evil eye thing you desired. The story would be more natural, but would it have stuck with you for as long?

My least favourite is when this isn't an issue with "SQL" but with the flavour of SQL you're actually using in production. I've been burned by some odd difference between BigQuery, innoDB, sqlite, and psql dozens of times.
