My reply was more so how, I don't think Japanese voice acting will do much to improve this idea at all, as the article stated, this is like throwing Jar Jar in the middle of an Alien movie

Of course there's the gameplay and the navigation, but the atmosphere Metroid has always conveyed is so distinct and it elevates so much of the games, and the isolation of being alone in these hostile worlds was such an integral part of it, so a funny companion sounds like just a bad idea period

Perhaps but I stand by it, a comedic side character in Metroid feels so out of place, reminds me of Alien Resurrection (my most hated Alien movie btw), I love Alien and Metroid for their excellent sense of dread and strong atmosphere, so I'm not crazy about adding elements that disrupts it all

I don't see how a different language is supposed to fix what sounds like a horrible idea down to its very core

They are not a discord admin... they are literally one of the devs

Yep, notice how Brandon, the literal co-creator and co-writer of one of these shows, doesn't gets brought up ONCE, it's always Vivzie...

By all means you can dislike her art style and writing, that's understandable... but these weirdos make it a "moral crusade" to target her specifically

It feels like Dan Trachtenberg wrote and directed the movie with the mindset it was going to be R (specially considering both of his previous projects were), and then was probably surprised when it was rated PG-13

Dan: "... guys, there's decapitations here"

MPA: "Ah, but not on humans!"

I am certain this one is only PG-13 because there's not a single human character and thus, no red blood, it's all creatures or androids, which is all the rating boards care about, you can make the violence as gruesome as you want but if there's not a red drop in sight, PG-13!

Dan Trachtenberg didn't just gave this franchise CPR, he straight up gave it an adrenaline shot straight in the heart
