Taking just a few minutes for a focused attention practice, a small ritual, or a check-in with nervous systems makes learning more sustainable!

That’s the kind of learning lawmakers cannot legislate away!!!!!

Bellwork, morning meeting…whatever we call those first few minutes, they really matter. I recently shared how I love asking students, “What did you bring from the pharmacy this morning?” (You’ll see exactly what I mean after watching the video!)
