Maybe look at Visible and see if it might be helpful with pacing. Exercise physiologists with experience of ME/CFS or long covid might be useful too. Good luck. It’s not easy and definitely takes time to figure out.

Did you find this with people who lived in the rurally or just in cities?

As a Brit living in central Vic I am in awe of the CFA etc. I thought having volunteers as firefighters was nuts when I first moved here. Now I think it’s one of the best things about Australia 😊

Good to see this getting some coverage in the UK. I live in Central VIC and agree ecocide occurred here. I long to see what this country looked like before European invasion. Bruce Pascoe (Dark Emu) amongst many doing important work on that.

Whilst there was certainly genocide committed in Tasmania it is a myth that all Tasmania Aboriginal people were killed. Richard Flanagan’s extraordinary memoir Question 7 talks of this.

I once saw Alan Carr walking down a street in Soho. So innocuous but for some reason it stuck with me.

Same in Australia, terrible drought in the south and devasting floods in the north. Farmers cannot survive: www.theguardian.com/environment/...
Drowned herds. Towns underwater. Farmers in NSW are facing ‘absolute devastation’
Those who survived the 2021 floods and are still recovering from ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, ‘have lost absolutely everything’ in the latest deluge

Agree, only it was Asda, cheap hair cuts and the library for us. I’m shocked I had never heard of this before. Went off to uni 1992 but parents still lived in the area for many years.

It is soo dry. Our dam has got a puddle left but that won’t last the week. V pleased we put in a rain water tank off the shed for livestock water earlier this year.
Just booked in a second delivery this summer to top up the house tanks.
