LCIS is a research centre which aims to foster, promote and disseminate research on Ireland in a European context. The manifold relations between Ireland and the rest of Europe are investigated by researchers from different disciplines.
Yesterday, Thirthankar Chakraborty concluded this term’s LCIS lecture series with an enthusiastic and insightful presentation on Beckettian themes and the post-Independence Indian novel. We wish him the very best as he completes his forthcoming book on the subject!
