If reduced mortality substantively explained the increased disease rates, countries like the US (with one of the highest rates of childhood/infant mortality) should have lower chronic, pediatric disease rates than nations like Japan. Same for Mississippi vs Vermont. Do you think that is the case?

This break down makes it look like all of the uptick is from Black Republicans. While I also suspect noise is the real answer - don't preclude people thinking that they are "one of the good ones".
