I read the book and it drove me crazy. I haven’t watched the show yet but have a friend who has. She liked it much better than the book bc it gave more backstory. She did warn me that the ending is different, leaving it open for a season 2

I like the breaks! It’s nice to have a week “off” and actually have a chance to miss it.
