Do people blame all Russians for Putins actions? I don't see predominantly Russian communities being terrorized the way Jewish communities are.

Right! The Republicans control everything & that is why the blame for the shutdown was on them! The Democrats were fighting for the American people and Republicans knew if they got rid of the filibuster & passed cuts to the ACA they would be blamed. They were in a tough spot & Dems just saved them!

With all due respect, we didn't get civil rights legislation from just one protest. The Viet Nam war didn't end because of just one protest. It was many protests. And with each protest it showed people they were not fighting alone. And more people joined the protests. And public opinion turned.
