I won't put a dog in the position of being shot. Can't do that. I'm good really. I think this was just the first volley and it threw me. I do have several methods of security here. I have prepared for it. Believe it or not, I'm a crack shot, as is my husband. That's not my first line though.

It was terrifying. The guns going off stopped later that night. I don't know what happened. I just stayed in my bedroom with my door bolted and my own firearm in my hands. They never came close, but I realized that I need to make a plan. I can't be that scared anymore.

They damn well got what they voted for. I don't get the "I just didn't know!" bullshit. He told them, we told them. What did they think his campaigns were all about? If they didn't see it, it was THEIR fault. It was all out there. Now we ALL suffer.

Yeah. I hate this. I lived through the 80s. I remember people dropping like flies. I loved seeing the advent of medications now that treat people with HIV so that they're able to live longer more full lives. Yes, we know how to take precautions, but not all over the world. This is bad.
