The HERO app orients patients after cardiac events, fosters emotional stability & boosts rehab participation. Isabel’s work also offers key design principles for mobile health. Huge thanks to Prof. Meschtscherjakov & congrats to Dr. Höppchen!

Moreover, the research includes a successful proof of concept using AI-powered just-in-time adaptive interventions (JITAIs) that outperformed the acceptability of JITAI suggestions generated by healthcare professionals or laypersons.
