Mmm... then banishing is also on the semantic map ( banishing fire makes the fireplace and the torches go dark ). So are rituals summoning, a longer, more powerful way to invoke elemental avatars... with a spicy risk if losing control.

In my mind, Summoning a concept or a feeling is cool ; if one PC summons the idea of death, all damages are doubled in the area. For everybody. PCs included. Same for love : everybody must play with love in mind.

Someday I will write something about the fireball that was so desired by the casting PC and really didn't have the expected behavior. Keyword : nuclear.
