We bought our house to live in. We want our kids, like we did, to grow up in one house. To put down roots, to have a sense of neighborhood & community. The equity is just a nice bonus which will probably benefit our daughters someday more than it does us.

In the late 90's I bought a bunch of those 1993 Topps traded sets and forgot about them. Recently got them out, pulled the Helton RC out and got them graded. Got back like six 10s.

It's a regular season award, homie. And 4/5 of their rotation missed most of the regular season. Most teams would be under .500 dealing with the injuries they did. Yet, Doc navigated the injuries and won another division title.
