Or that are not used regularly (sneaking to the bushes to snoop) and on top of that accurately changes strategies to accomodate that new information she gained. Not to mention being a surprise Physical contender and winning individual immunity 100000 times.

The other instance brought up about her luck was Sol giving her the advantage, but Rachel played herself into a position where that was a good option for Sol. Rachels social game was incredible and she used strategies that either have never been done (SITD to test peoples reaction) cont’d

-Rachel detractors talk about how she won purely on luck which is categorically false. The one lucky thing that happened is she bought the burger which had an advantage. But everyone had that chance so i dont think that takes away from her game. Cont’d

But the way it was so easy for her to do right away tells me its likely not just in this game that she is like that (her job likely requires it). Her response to feeling remorse about it wasnt to stop doing it but to become even LESS empathetic and i find that v gross. Sorry not sorry.

Though if im being honest about this too, i diddnt like Gen immediately because her non empathetic-corpo attitude and blatant social manipulation resembles people in my own life that have torn friends groups apart for their own gain. I concede that in Survivor that can be helpful to your game…cont’d

-i hope i never have to watch Gens specific brand of manipulation again; as soon as she was eliminated a lot of people got shitty about it (a friend [who organized the weekly watch parties originally] refused to watch after because he “lost interest”). Gen fans seem like sore losers 🤷🏼‍♂️ cont’d

-for the record: among friends watching (we tend to do watch parties most weeks) i picked Rachel at the Merge to win. Just saying. I knew all along 😜. Never doubted you for a second girl

-for a while there looking at numbers i genuinely believed that Sue might split votes (Caroline, Gabe etc) and that would lead to a Sam come-from-way-behind win. Luckily Rachel’s Survivor prowess would not be denied

-even though Rachel was the ✨obvious✨ winner for like 6 weeks now, i truly think Sam had a terrific shot at dethroning her. I think maybe some of his interjections during the FTC worked against him
