Interesting, ChatGPT really messed with me the other day making me think it was going to do something that I thought was beyond its capabilities. Then it said “here’s your file” file was blank. 🤬 It said “oh yeah this is what the file would look like if I could do that. Was annoyed but laughed!

From looking at your replies, I wonder if a big part is the "it doesn't work" is from people who just see the stupid AI responses to the Google built in AI search which doesn't work like Google search works so it just makes AI look stupid.

It's been weird watching the shift as an AI early adopter who also can be critical of it. The discourse on both sides is now completely divorced from my reality of using it every day.
