Yes, perhaps... that will take major weaning! as of now I'm thinking Signal as by all accounts it has the best privacy protections as well as being open source and free. I suspect a rhizomatic series of networks, both online and off.

So far I'm thinking Telegram, but only b/c it supports groups with up to 200,000 people where Signal only supports 1000. However, I supposes one can make a groups of folks who own/host other groups.... Signal is apparently the most private.
