The internet stranger. Very strange! Dad, husband, reader, developer, gamer.

I'm not going to be on one subject. Pro-ethical-AI, which means anti- most current LLM implementations. There are no silver bullets.
It was cheaper than a Blu Ray drive - which is how I justified it... was my first console, having been PC-only since '91.

It's the way most stories are told though - "I've been through trials, so now I can boss everyone else around".

Naive, but humorous when played straight like this.

Fair enough... I'll have to try it on the desktop. I'm running Bazzite on there, but proton will handle the funky stuffs for you I'm sure!

That looks sweet... Just the sort of thing I love. Hope it works on steam deck!

I remember doing that as a kid... Maybe 12? We lived in the Midlands, relatives in Manchester, so on the way back we went through. I remember thinking it's not for me... I don't understand what this does...

Wish I did.

But it was good for reading! Lots of light, I had no issues.

That's changing... My school just dropped X as a communication platform. People are listening, even if they're slow.

And, per earlier in the thread - @bazzite.gg rocks! `bazzite-dx-nvidia` is my daily :-D Windows partition has been deleted.

I honestly don't have the energy with this.

We're destroying our brains, and loving it at the same time.

I can hardly put my phone down most days... What willpower?

Zager and Evans sang it in the song "in the year 2525": "everything you think, do and say, is in the pill you took today".

I'm there right now - I get into something and then... nope, that's too much mental effort. WTF Brain? It's a game I'm enjoying playing?! But... no, brain no want to play today.

Fits with what I've experienced - now back up, but getting ~750kbit/sec, as opposed to ~1gbit/sec normal FTTP.

Rip Ozzy - what a great game, and what legends.

Of all the things that were done over the summer holiday (And we went a week after holiday ended) this is the only one that our 8 year old told her teachers about...
