I might be a minority of one, but I think it should be 5 straight MVPs for Shohei. Imagine if, in 2021, Max Scherzer, on top of his pitching performance, also had 34 HR, 95 RBI, 70 XBH, 304 TB and an .875 OPS. Cuz that’s basically what Shohei did in 2022.
