That’s a very valid point - most of the “more recent” migrants that could vote in the recent election would have came in during a LNP government!

Always seems to be an automatic linkage in conversations about immigration with non-white people when in fact NZ, UK & North-West Europe make up decent chunk of new arrivals. This should be highlighted to soften this linkage - Q’s posed to those chanting “send them back” if it’s all or certain races
