I equate all the creative arts with each other. Especially the industries. For instance, both publishing and music have their overseers and gatekeepers. And creatives have to decide who they want to be? Someone following “the formula” to be trendy and forgotten? I would rather be Metallica.

Its funny - but in-person I can talk and teach forever about my passions. In a comment, I can ramble knowledgebly. In a video, I can entertain and keep someone's attention. And yet, I'm not comfortable in short form engagement. I don't know what to say or how much. Sound bites are propaganda.
